Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.
Pack Your Map
Carefully roll your map and place it back into its original protective tube or box to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse without any creases or damage.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
